Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions
Privacy Policy
Introduction. Your privacy and data security are extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what information HyperSunday and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the options you have when using any of our mobile applications (the “Apps”), including health or workout apps available on the Google Play Store.
1. Scope and Applicability
This is a shared privacy policy that applies to all apps published by HyperSunday. Where a particular app requires additional or different data handling (for example, health or medical features), those specifics are described in-app and in the app’s Play Store listing. By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps you accept the practices described in this Policy.
2. Health & Safety Notice (Important)
Consent for health data: If you enter any health-related data (for example weight, height, age, biometric metrics, or activity/fitness data), you must give explicit consent for the App to use that data. Health-related or sensitive data is only collected and processed when you voluntarily provide it and consent to its processing.
3. What information we collect
We collect different types of information depending on how you use our Apps. The categories below describe the types of data we may collect automatically, the data you provide directly, and third-party data.
Automatically collected device & usage data
- Device & system: device model, OS/version, CPU usage, RAM usage, storage capacity and usage, screen resolution, device dimensions, app version, network state, Advertising ID (AAID).
- Battery & performance: battery capacity, health, current capacity, voltage (diagnostic/performance only).
- Logs & usage data: app usage events, features used, session length, crashes and diagnostic reports (sometimes referred to as crash dumps), performance metrics.
Data you provide directly
- Account information (if you create an account): email address, display name, optional profile info.
- Health & fitness inputs (optional): weight, height, age, gender, exercise history, goals, dietary preferences, meal logs, custom plans.
- User-generated content: notes, custom workout plans, custom diet plans, comments submitted in feedback forms or support tickets.
Third-party and derived data
Third-party SDKs integrated into our Apps may collect or have access to certain data necessary for analytics and monetization:
- Google Advertising ID (for advertising personalization and measurement).
- Device IP address and inferred location (country-level) for analytics and fraud prevention.
- Aggregate demographic / interest signals used by ad partners.
4. How we use the information
We use collected data to provide, improve, secure, and personalise our Apps:
- To operate and deliver App features (workouts, plans, progress tracking).
- To improve the product: diagnostics, performance monitoring, and product development.
- To provide analytics and reporting using certified platforms (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns and fix issues.
- To serve relevant ads and to measure ad performance (with your consent when required).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and enforce our terms of service.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share or disclose limited data to the following parties:
- Service providers: analytics, hosting, crash reporting, payment processors, and other vendors that perform services on our behalf.
- Advertising partners: providers such as Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Pangle, Mintegral, LiftOff Monetize—who may use Advertising ID and other signals for ad personalization. See Third-Party Policies below.
- Legal requests: when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in response to lawful requests by public authorities.
6. Health-specific data handling
If you provide health or fitness data (weight, BMI, heart rate, workout logs, diet logs), we treat that data as user-provided personal data:
- It is stored only to the extent necessary to provide app functionality and to let you manage your progress.
- We do not share health data with advertisers. Health and sensitive data is never used for advertising personalization.
- Access to production/staging secrets and environment-specific config is limited and managed via our CI/CD secrets (we do not commit sensitive keys to source code).
7. Permissions requested
Depending on app features and device OS version, we may request permissions such as:
- Storage: read/write external storage (for older Android versions), to save media or export/import plans.
- Network: full network access to sync and fetch remote content.
- Other: prevent device from sleeping, run at startup, start foreground service (for long-running timers), Google Play billing, install referrer API, etc.
If you deny permissions the App can still function in a limited mode; some features may be restricted.
8. Legal basis for processing (where applicable)
Under Data Protection Laws (including GDPR), our legal bases for processing personal data include:
- Contractual necessity — to perform the service and provide the App features you request.
- Legitimate interests — to improve and secure the App, detect fraud, and provide essential functionality.
- Consent — where we rely on consent (for example, optional analytics or advertising personalization), you may withdraw consent at any time.
9. Your rights & choices
You have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
- Right to access, rectify, or erase your data (right to be forgotten) where applicable.
- Right to restrict or object to certain processing activities.
- Right to withdraw consent for processing activities that rely on consent.
- Right to data portability (receive a machine-readable copy of your data) when processing is based on consent or contract.
To exercise these rights, contact us at zaeem.cpmgames@gmail.com. We may request identity verification before fulfilling requests. We will notify third parties where feasible if the request affects data previously shared with them.
10. Data retention and security
We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to comply with legal obligations. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption for sensitive data at rest and in transit where feasible, secure CI/CD secrets management, and access controls. However, no system is perfectly secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected personal data from a child, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that data.
12. International transfers / Designated Countries
We may transfer and process data on servers located in different countries, including the United States. Users located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (the “Designated Countries”) will have their data processed in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
13. Automated decision-making & profiling
We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects for users. If we introduce profiling or automated decision-making in the future, we will disclose the logic and allow users to object where required by law.
14. Third-party partners and their privacy policies

16. Consent & required acknowledgements
By installing or using our Apps you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy. For health-specific features you must provide explicit consent before entering sensitive or health data. You should also acknowledge the health disclaimer and confirm you are medically able to perform the activities recommended by the App. If you do not consent, please do not use the health features and consider removing the App.
